Terms & Privacy
The short version of how working with Kendrick Creative works. By sending a brief or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Services & pricing
Kendrick Creative provides website design and development, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad management, logo design and related services. Prices are listed in US dollars and are final for the package and options you select on the site. Anything outside your chosen package is quoted separately before we start.
Launch timelines (24 hours for Essentials, up to 7 days for Starter and Growth, 4 days for Express) start once we've received your brief, payment and the content we need from you. Delays in getting us content, logins or feedback move the launch date accordingly.
Payments & refunds
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Websites
- A 50% deposit is due to book your build slot. The remaining 50% is due when your site is ready to launch.
- Your site goes live once the final payment is received.
Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit reserves your build slot and covers the start of work, so it can't be refunded once paid.
Logo design
Logo design is paid in full upfront.
Monthly services
Ad management and the Care Plan are billed monthly in advance through Stripe.
Ad management
- Free 7-day trial. We set up and run your ads for 7 days at no charge. You only pay your ad spend. There's no obligation to continue.
- Ad spend is separate. Your ad budget is paid directly to Meta using your own payment method and is never included in our fee.
- Cancelling. You can cancel a monthly plan at any time by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month, and fees already paid for that month are not refunded.
- Results. We work hard to get you results, but ad performance depends on many things outside our control, including Meta's platform, your market and your offer. We can't guarantee specific numbers of leads, bookings or sales.
Your content & ownership
- You confirm you have the right to use any logos, photos, text or other material you send us.
- Once your project is paid in full, you own your website content and design files, and any logo we create for you.
- Third-party services such as domains, hosting plans, booking systems or paid apps are billed by those providers and are your responsibility unless your package says otherwise.
- If you share logins with us, we use them only to set up and manage your project. Please never send passwords in a regular email. We'll give you a secure way to share access.
- We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Privacy
What we collect
When you send a brief or leave a review, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number and project details. Reviews you post (your name, business, rating and text) are shown publicly on our site.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, deliver your project and send invoices or receipts. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to mailing lists without asking.
Services we use
Stripe processes payments, Web3Forms delivers your brief to our inbox, and our site is hosted on Vercel. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
Email us any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to have a review removed.
